Overview
Circuit Assistant (hereinafter: Application) is free software created to assist circuit overseers, substitute circuit overseers, and field instructors with their assignment. It is used to help with the organizational and office aspects of the assignment such as routing, visit data collection and analysis, schools organization, and so forth. There is no charge for downloading, using or sharing. No one who works on this tool ("the team") is to solicit donations, payment, or any monetary compensation.
The team cannot accept responsibility for your use of this tool. It has been provided without warranty. Use at your own risk. The team is not responsible, nor can a user hold the team responsible for any data loss. Backing up data is the user's responsibility. The user is responsible for data security. Good practices such as setting a computer password and securing backups are the user's responsibility. Any loss or damage to data, hardware or otherwise is not the responsibility of the team.
A license to use this application is granted to a brother serving as a circuit overseer, a substitute circuit overseer, or a field instructor. Use of this program for any reason does not bind the team to any liability. In the event a user is no longer serving as a circuit overseer, a substitute circuit overseer, or a field instructor, the user license is revoked. The team is in no way responsible for disposal of data collected or what a user does with the data collected in the course of using the program. In application settings, there is a button that may be used to purge all data.
Although every effort has been made to make this program easy to use and the team is willing to help as many as they can while caring for other important duties, the team is under no obligation to supply users with technical assistance. The team working on this tool request that they remain anonymous. If you become aware of any who personally worked on the platform, please maintain their confidentiality.
Some of the features in Circuit Assistant rely on limited resources, generously made available so that you may benefit from all capabilities of the application. You may discreetly share this program with other circuit overseers, substitute circuit overseers, and field instructors who you feel you can aid in supporting. This software may not be posted on any computer network for general distribution. Since some of the platforms used are paid for by the team and offered free to all who qualify, we have safeguards to prevent abuse, including voluntary user registration.
Registration is not required to be able to use Circuit Assistant however it will help us to better serve you. These terms are subject to change.
Licensor and License Agreement
Circuit Assistant is licensed to End Users by Actionable Intelligence, Inc., with a mailing address of 500 Westover Dr, Unit 14554, Sanford, North Carolina 27330, United States (hereinafter: Licensor), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. By using the Application, and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, and that You accept this License Agreement.
1. The Application
The Application is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use this Application.
2. Scope of License
2.1 You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, integrate, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, or any part thereof (except with Actionable Intelligence, Inc.'s prior written consent).
2.2 Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing.
3. Use of Data
The Licensor will not use any data collected for any purpose other than to enable support of the application and to grant a license for use of the application. For full details, please see our privacy policy.
4. Liability
4.1 Licensor takes no accountability or responsibility for any damages caused due to a breach of duties according to Section 2 of this Agreement. To avoid data loss, You are required to make use of backup functions of the Application to the extent allowed by applicable third-party terms and conditions of use. You are aware that in case of alterations or manipulations of the Application, You will not have access to licensed Application.
4.2 Licensor takes no accountability and responsibility in case of misuse of the data contained or collected in the application.
5. Warranty
5.1 Licensor warrants that the Application is free of spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of Your download. Licensor warrants that the Application works as described in the user documentation.
6. Termination
The license is valid until terminated by Actionable Intelligence, Inc. or by You. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and without notice from Actionable Intelligence, Inc. if You fail to adhere to any term(s) of this license. Upon License termination, You shall stop all use of the Application, and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Application.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE AND THE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED TO YOU IN “AS IS” CONDITION WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU BEAR ALL THE RISK RELATING TO QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. YOU ASSUME COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SELECTION AND INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME PORTION OF THE STATED EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY AMONG JURISDICTIONS.
